Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Dharohar Weaves, every product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans. Since our products are handwoven, most designs are available in limited quantities, often as a single exclusive piece. The delicate nature of pure fabrics and intricate weaving techniques requires careful handling at every stage.

Therefore, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are accepted only under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Cancellation Policy
    •    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
    •    Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or refunds will not be possible unless the product is returned to us and successfully passes our quality inspection.
    •    In case of cancellation after shipment, you may choose either:
    •    Store Credit (“Banarasi Blessings”) equivalent to the order value, valid for 3 months from the date of issue, or
    •    Refund to the original mode of payment, after deduction of applicable bank/payment gateway charges.
    •    Any customization services including:
    •    fall & pico,
    •    tassel making,
    •    edging,
    •    stitching,
    •    blouse customization,
    •    color customization,
    •    or any other personalized alteration are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:
    •    Manufacturing defects
    •    Incorrect product dispatched by us

Please Note
    •    All our products are handwoven. Minor irregularities, weaving variations, thread pulls, texture inconsistencies, or small imperfections are inherent characteristics of authentic handcrafted textiles and are not considered defects.
    •    Product images are photographed in natural lighting. While we strive to display colors as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and device displays. Such minor color differences are not valid grounds for return.
    •    If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or unsealed at the time of delivery, kindly do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
    •    Customized products, stitched garments, altered sarees, and fabrics cut to size are not eligible for return.
    •    Products purchased during festive offers, promotional sales, or annual sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Request Process
    •    Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing:
         support@dharoharweaves.com 
    •    Requests received after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for return consideration.
    •    In case of damage during transit, customers must share:
    •    clear photographs,
    •    an unboxing video,
    •    and details of the issue
         within 48 hours of delivery.
    •    Once approved, the product must be shipped back in its original packaging with:
    •    original bill,
    •    tags intact,
    •    and in unused condition.
    •    Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.
    •    Refunds or credits will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check.
    •    Approval or rejection of return requests shall be at the sole discretion of Dharohar Weaves.

Refund Options

We offer two refund options for your convenience:

1. Banarasi Blessings Store Credit
    •    Equivalent to the approved refund amount applicable on a minimum purchese of the same or higher amount product.
    •    Valid for 1 Year from the date of issue.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
    •    Processed within 7 working days after approval and quality verification
    •    Applicable bank/payment gateway charges may be deducted

         While we strive for timely processing, delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or courier services are beyond our control.

Exchange Policy
    •    Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    •    Products that have undergone customization or alteration are not eligible for exchange.
    •    Exchange is permitted only for products:
    •    of the same value, or
    •    a higher value (subject to payment of the price difference).
    •    Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    •    Shipping charges for exchange requests must be borne by the customer.
    •    Products purchased during festive sales, promotional offers, or annual sale events are not eligible for exchange.
    •    Exchanged items must be:
    •    unused,
    •    unwashed,
    •    and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
