1. We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product has been dispatched. All our products are handwoven, and minor imperfections that occur during the weaving process are the beauty of handloom products and should not be considered defects. The product images are taken in natural daylight, and we try our best to ensure that the display pictures on our website are as close as possible to the actual product. Minor colour variation in the website picture and the product you receive does not form grounds for a return.

2. When receiving a parcel: If the packaging appears tampered with, damaged or in an unsealed condition, kindly do not accept it and immediately get in touch with us.

3. Customized products, stitched garments and fabrics cannot be returned.Articles purchased during festive discount/ annual sale are not eligible for return.

4. Return request: You must raise your return request by e-mail to care.dharoharweaves @gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Any request made after 48 hours of delivery of product will not be eligible for return.
