Ans :Yes, we accept select customisation requests. Customers can share their requirements with
us, which are then reviewed by our creative team. If the request is feasible, our team will get in
touch to discuss the next steps. All customizations are chargeable .
Ans: To maintain the beauty of your Banarasi handloom product:
Store it in a muslin cloth to prevent damage.
Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Dry clean only, as these delicate handwoven pieces require special care.

Fall is done in a saree by attaching a piece of cloth on the lower border to protect it from dust
and create a beautiful fall on the pleated part and picot is done on the inner portion of saree to protect it from fraying.
We take a fall and picot in a saree for a charge of Rs 150 /- for the same you have to mail us on

Ans. Most Dharohar Weaves sarees include a blouse piece. For sarees that do not come with a
blouse piece, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
We recommend checking the product details before placing your order for complete clarity.
Ans: Sarees without blouse pieces: The length typically ranges from 5.4 meters to 5.5 meters.
Sarees with blouse pieces: The length generally ranges from 6.3 meters to 6.5 meters.The width of a saree generally ranges from 44 inches to 45 inches.
For other products such as dupatta, stole, lehenga the specific dimensions are mentioned in the product description.
Ans. All Dharohar Weaves products are handwoven and we strive to photograph each item as
accurately as possible. All images are taken in natural daylight to reflect the true colors.
However, due to lighting, screen resolution and photography angles, minor variations in color may occur when compared to the actual product.
As each piece is crafted by hand, slight thread irregularities or weaving imperfections may be
present. These are not considered defects but are rather a testament to the authenticity and uniqueness of handloom craftsmanship.
Ans.Dharohar Weaves primarily uses pure silk and cotton yarns in its handloom creations .
These yarns are carefully selected for their quality, texture, and durability, ensuring that each piece reflects the richness of traditional craftsmanship.
Ans: We use both acid dyes and natural dyes in our handloom creations.

doorstep. Once your order is placed, our logistics partner will pick it up from us and deliver it to

days unless otherwise specified . Pre-order articles will take 8-10 weeks of time to reach
you.Some of our pre-order products having complex designs may take even longer time
duration for us to weave, about which we will promptly let you know via call as well as email .In
rare situations where dispatch is further delayed ,our patrons will be notified accordingly . All
orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at time of order placements .
A: Once shipped, you will receive a whatsapp/SMS/email with your tracking details and AWB
number. You can use this AWB number tracking link on Whatsapp or SMS on the courier
partner’s website to track your order 24 hours after dispatch

A: Yes, Dharohar Weaves delivers across India. In case courier partners are unable to service
your pin code, we will dispatch your prepaid order via India Post.
A: No. For COD orders, payment must be made before the courier person hands over the
package. If the package looks tampered, we strongly recommend you do not accept it.
