Cancellation Policy
1. Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund. Once the order is
shipped, cancellations or refunds are not possible until the product is returned to us and passes our
quality check. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of
your order for any subsequent purchase on the website valid for a period of 3 months from the date of
purchase. Approved refund will be processed within 7 working business days.
2. Any customization (tassel making, fall, picot, edging, color customization, stitching etc.) are not
eligible for cancellations.

Return Policy
1. We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or if a wrong product has been dispatched.
All our products are handwoven, and minor imperfections that occur during the weaving process are the
beauty of handloom products and hence are not eligible for return.
2. The product images are taken in natural daylight, and we try our best to ensure that the display
pictures on our website are as close as possible to the actual product. Minor colour variation in the
website picture and the product you receive does not form grounds for a return.
3. When receiving a parcel: If the package appears tampered with, damaged or in an unsealed
condition, kindly do not accept it and immediately get in touch with us.
4. Customized products, stitched garments and fabrics purchased during festive discount and annual
sale are not eligible for return.
5. Return request: You must raise your return request by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Any request made after 48 hours of delivery of the product will not be eligible for return.
6. In exceptional cases, where your product arrives damaged, you are required to email a photo and
video of the damaged product along with the return request within 48 hours. The product must be
couriered back in original packaging. Refund will be initiated only after the return product is received
and approved by our quality team.

7. The products to be returned must be in its original unused condition and sent along with the original
bill and tags intact. Free products / Gifts are not eligible for encashment.
8. We offer two refund options for your convenience: Credit in the form of Banarasi Blessings which you
can use in your subsequent purchase valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase or a
refund to your original mode of payment.
9. We aim to process all returns within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Policy
1. The products which have undergone customisation as per your request cannot be taken up for
exchange.
2. The shipping charge of the products to be exchanged have to be borne by you.
3. Requests for exchange to be made only within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4. Exchange is permitted only for products of the same or higher value subject to availability. Any price
difference for higher-value exchanges must be paid at the time of the exchange request.
5. Products purchased during festive discount / annual sales are not eligible for exchange.
6. The products for exchange must be unused with tags intact.
